A program designed for those who want to work out on their own, with access to the facilities and activities included in their membership.
Courses
A program of group activities held in a dedicated room, with a schedule that varies over time; reservations are required depending on the type of class. The “Classes” page specifies that reservations are required, that a minimum of 3 reservations is needed, and that there are differences in access between the Open Pass and Spinning Pass.
Personal Training
Individual programs by appointment, including an initial assessment, a personalized training plan, and progress tracking. The dedicated page allows you to schedule an appointment for a training plan, a personalized program, or one-on-one lessons.
