The CAVOK Wellness Center offers a space dedicated to physical activity, with the aim of promoting wellness and maintaining the health of its customers.
With more than 600 square metres of floor space, state-of-the-art machinery and a team of highly experienced trainers, the Cavok Wellness Center complements and completes the wellness and health response offered by the Medical area.
We welcome you to a bright environment, where you will be able to enjoy a spacious Weight Room, used for free training with equipment, isotonic machines and cardio machines.
Inside you will also find the Circuit Box, a new area equipped with special circuit training equipment, ideal for combining toning and slimming with strength and endurance training.
In a dedicated training room, you have access to a wide range of activities. This makes for a varied and fun workout.
Finally, you will be able to take part in demanding and challenging spinning classes in a completely dedicated Spinning room.
