The CAVOK Center has designed a dedicated prevention pathway to identify and monitor specific cardiovascular risk factors in order to protect and maintain the health of its patients.

How it is carried out
A Tutor Physician will follow each patient's entire course: during the first medical check, the physician will gather all the information on the medical history and follow the patient through the subsequent specialist visits and dedicated diagnostic tests. At the end of the course, the physician will prepare a summary report containing the results of the investigations performed and treatment recommendations. If necessary, additional examinations or an intake and monitoring pathway for the following years will be proposed.
