The Main Types of Training

The Wellness Center offers a variety of programs to meet the needs of those seeking individual training, group training, or personalized support.

Weight Room and Open Access

A program designed for those who want to work out on their own, with access to the facilities and activities included in their membership.

Courses

A program of group activities held in a dedicated room, with a schedule that varies over time; reservations are required depending on the type of class. The “Classes” page specifies that reservations are required, that a minimum of 3 reservations is needed, and that there are differences in access between the Open Pass and Spinning Pass.

Personal Training

Individual programs by appointment, including an initial assessment, a personalized training plan, and progress tracking. The dedicated page allows you to schedule an appointment for a training plan, a personalized program, or one-on-one lessons.

Small-group training, featuring a small-group personal training format for 2 to 6 participants and 60-minute sessions by appointment.

Courses and Admission Requirements

Reservations are required while space is available, with different rules depending on the class: for yoga and spinning, reservations must be made by the day before; for other classes, no later than 2 hours before the start time. A minimum of 3 reservations is required for a class to be held, and the schedule may change over time.

Membership designed for those who want to use the weight room and, depending on the plan they choose, also attend the scheduled classes.

Spinning

A membership plan designed for those who want to focus on spinning classes, with unlimited access or special packages.

Corporate

Solutions designed for corporate access, along with plans that can be integrated with partnership agreements or dedicated pathways.
